Welcome to OtaWear, a brand operated by Thread Marked Tailoring LLC ("OtaWear", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws while using our services.

2. PRODUCTS

We strive to display our products, colors, artwork, and designs as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, printing methods, fabric characteristics, and manufacturing tolerances.

Many OtaWear products are produced after an order is placed. Small variations in print placement, color, stitching, sizing (±2 cm), or garment finish are considered normal manufacturing variations and are not defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product at any time without prior notice.

3. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are accepted only after payment has been successfully processed.

Please review all information carefully before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Product selection is correct
  • Size is correct
  • Shipping address is accurate
  • Email address is correct
  • Phone number is correct

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. PRICING

All prices displayed are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

If VAT becomes applicable under UAE law, it will be charged according to the regulations of the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).

5. SHIPPING

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

OtaWear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • Weather
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed to the courier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed solely by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including logos, graphics, branding, product photography, artwork arrangements, designs, text, and layouts, are the property of OtaWear or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

All anime characters, names, logos, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective copyright and trademark owners.

8. DISCLAIMER

Products are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that every product will always be available.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OtaWear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

10. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective immediately after publication on this page.

Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
