Thank you for shopping with OtaWear, operated by Thread Marked Tailoring LLC.

Shipping Area

We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–8 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Many of our products are made to order, so additional production time may be required before dispatch.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is:

  • Abu Dhabi: 2–4 business days
  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, where available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our delivery partners, OtaWear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • UAE public holidays
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate the matter with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
